In South Carolina for the first time

I just got into my hotel in South Carolina because my twin brother is graduating from boot camp here and i've noticed one thing, everything is exactly the same as indiana. The town im in resembles my hometown of fishers to a T. Theres a wal-mart with a sams club nearby. A Wendys, McDonalds, Taco Bell, and KFC basically right next to each other and strip malls everywhere. I didn't expect much of a difference but its EXACTLY the same. It makes me want to travel outside the country and see something new.

Plans for today

I woke up today a few hours earlier than usual (I normally get up a half hour before class) and decided to get some work done. So far i've finished some blogs, did my computer science homework and wrote part of a paper for my Japanese class. Pretty productive day so far

Why do girls like cute animals so much?

I've always wondered why girls melt when they see pictures of cute animal babies. My current hypothesis is maternal instincts that arise when they see puppies/kitten etc. my first exhibit is something that has already been rated as "so cute it's going to make (her) cry"
